How long does it take until I receive my order at home?

You will receive your order in 3 - 5 days (within Germany).
As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. From then on, you can easily track your shipment.

Can I track my order?

YES! As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

What material are the products from inked-mafia.de made of?
All our products are 100 percent fairly produced in Germany. Most products are made from 100 percent organic cotton. You can find more information in the respective product description.
Printing is done in Germany using a waterless process. We use a water-based ink that is free of heavy metals and harmless colorants.

What cut do the shirts and hoodies have?
Our shirts and hoodies have a unisex cut. This is designed so that as many people as possible can enjoy our products. For the ladies, we have a special shirt collection with a tailored women's cut.

What size do I need?
We recommend that you use the intuitive size guide on the respective product page as well as the size charts provided. If you are unsure between two sizes, order the larger size. Please do not order anything just to "try on", as the products are produced especially for you.

What do the terms backprint and frontprint mean?
The terms describe where the print is on the T-shirt or hoodie. You can select accordingly in the article overview. All back print articles are specifically marked as such. Everything without a marking is front print. Most of our shirts and hoodies are available with front print. Our streetwear collection as well as our oversized shirts and hoodies are mostly back print.

What is the best way to wash my clothes?
To ensure that you can enjoy your beautiful clothes for as long as possible, we recommend not ironing over the print or drying the clothes in the dryer. A wash cycle at 30 °C, turned inside out and with a mild detergent without fabric softener, is also recommended.

What is my right of return?
We stand by our quality. That's why we offer our customers an extended right of return of 30 days. We only accept returns for new, unworn and non-personalized goods.

How can I return items?
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. The return address is provided when registering the return in our returns portal.

Have you already received my return?
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a notification of your refund. We usually need a maximum of 14 days to process your return. After major sales promotions, the processing time may be slightly longer. It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been processed.

Why do I have to pay for the return shipping myself?
Many large mail order companies automatically offer free returns. However, this service is already included in every sales price. This means that customers also pay for return shipping even if they keep the goods.
For this reason, we can offer our customers high-quality shirts made of organic cotton at the best price. Our return rate is only 2.5 percent*, which underlines our quality and our product promise. If the product has a defect, please contact us immediately, because we will find a solution for you together, which of course does not incur any costs. This means that your purchase from us is completely risk-free.

My order is defective, incorrect or incomplete.
In the event of such a complaint, please contact our support team. In the event of a defect, we can help you most quickly if your email includes a picture of the defect. This way we can give you full feedback straight away. Please do not forget to include your order number.

I have not received an order confirmation.
Please also check your spam folder for an email from us. If you still have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact our support team. We will then manually send a second email.

Can I change my delivery address later?
You can change your delivery address immediately after placing your order (approx. 1 hour after receipt of the order) as long as your package has not yet been sent. Please contact our customer service team to do so.

How secure is online payment?
We attach great importance to your security when making payments.
Your information is transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment is processed by an external and certified partner to ensure the highest level of security.

Which payment providers are offered?

An error message appears when attempting to pay
It happens from time to time that your connection to the secure server is interrupted. You have the option to try again in two minutes or simply choose a different payment method.
