What is my return policy?
Since we stand behind our quality and want to offer you a completely safe shopping experience, we’ve extended our return policy to 30 days.

How do I get the return address?
You’ll automatically receive the return address through our return portal.

Does the item need to be new?
Yes, we only accept returns for new, unworn, and non-personalized items. Please make sure that the sticker with the QR code is still attached to the garment.

My order doesn’t fit and I want to exchange it.
There are two ways to do this:
1. Place your new order today and select “Refund” in the return portal. This way, you’ll get your new order as quickly as possible.
2. Select “Store Credit” in the return portal and use it for your next order.

How we cover your return shipping costs:
Select “Refund via store credit” in the return portal and receive an additional 10% bonus (with a cap of EUR 7 which corresponds to the parcel costs for an insured parcel with DHL). 
Why do we offer this?
We reward loyal customers and those who want to exchange items. The idea is that this bonus helps cover your return shipping costs without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Why do I have to cover the return shipping costs myself?
Many large retailers offer “free” returns — but in reality, the cost is already included in every product price. This means all customers pay for returns indirectly, even if they keep their items.
That’s why we can offer you high-quality shirts made from organic cotton at the best possible price. Our return rate is very low, which proves our product quality and reliability. If a product is defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll find a fair solution together, and of course, you won’t have to pay any costs. That means your purchase with us is completely risk-free.

Will I receive a confirmation that my return has arrived?
No, we do not send confirmation emails upon receipt. Once your return has been fully processed, you’ll receive a notification by email along with your refund.

How do I receive my refund?
In the return portal, you can choose whether you’d like your refund via the same payment method you used for your order (e.g. Klarna, PayPal, credit card, bank transfer) or as store credit. If you choose store credit, we’ll reward you with a 10% higher refund (+10% bonus) to voluntarily cover your return shipping costs - conditions see above.

Anything else I should know?
Please always register your return in the return portal. Unregistered returns cannot be processed. We also recommend sending your return with tracking or insurance, as we cannot refund damaged or lost items.

How long does it take to process my return?
We usually need up to 14 days to process your return. After major sales events, processing may take a little longer.
